I went in hoping to find some good gear, but the selection was really underwhelming. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and I felt annoyed walking around trying to find something decent. In the end, I left empty-handed, which was frustrating.

I ordered a lacrosse stick and gloves, and the gear itself was pretty much as described, so no complaints there. The shipping did take longer than expected, though, and it kind of felt like the delay wasn’t exactly a surprise on their end. Still, everything arrived in good shape, and overall I’m happy with the purchase.

The prices are okay, and the stuff is decent for what you pay. I kind of went in assuming it wouldn’t be amazing because the prices seemed average, and that’s pretty much how it turned out. Nothing was terrible, but the quality didn’t really surprise me either. It’s fine if you just need something basic.

Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like customer support took a little longer than expected to get back to me. They did eventually answer my question, so that was fine, but I had to send a follow-up first, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially great either. Quicker replies would definitely make it better.

They did have a few brands I usually like, but just going off my gut, the selection felt a bit thinner than I was expecting.
A few things I clicked on were out of stock too, which kind of gave me that “eh, maybe this isn’t the best place if you’re picky” feeling. Overall, it’s not a bad site at all, but my instinct was that it’s more of an okay option than a go-to spot if you care a lot about specific brands.

The site was slow, and the menus felt all over the place. I did eventually find the gear I needed, so I guess that counts as an adventure. Then checkout decided to glitch on my phone, which was a fun little bonus. Overall, annoying

I tried ordering from laxgear.com it was such a pain. The pages took forever to load, my cart froze on me twice, and checkout just felt super glitchy. I had to keep refreshing because I wasn’t even sure if my order actually went through. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it was a TOTAL waste of time. I don’t see myself using it again.

I bought a pair for practice and, at first, everything seemed promising. They looked good, felt fine, and I thought I had found a solid option.
Then a few weeks in, the whole story changed. The stitching started coming loose and the fabric got rough, like they had been through an entire season instead of just regular use. Maybe they’d be okay for light practice, but for actual lacrosse they didn’t hold up for me. Not a total disaster, but for the price, I expected way better.

The customization options were decent, but a bit more limited than I expected. What really annoyed me was the timing, it felt like everything came together later than it should have, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

Most of the stuff I needed was in stock, so no real complaints there. The only weird thing was that the one color I actually wanted was sold out, which felt suspiciously targeted, like somehow they knew exactly which one I’d pick. Probably just bad timing… or that’s what they want me to think.

Customer service took a while to respond, and when they did, the answers were so vague that I still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. I also ended up paying to ship it back, which really rubbed me the wrong way.

I’m still waiting for an update on the exchange or refund, so at this point I’m not feeling great about ordering again. If I’m even slightly unsure about sizing next time, I’d probably skip it rather than risk dealing with this process again.

The box showed up dented, which had me a little worried at first, but luckily my gear inside was totally fine. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the packaging had held up better. Did anyone else have the same issue with their box arriving damaged?
